Hmmm, maybe I’ve managed to bully myself into getting back into the routine. I’ve now done my full workout three nights running for the first time in about a month. And as I have no excuses for the coming week, I should manage a few more.
Must have been the exercise session last night. This morning’s weight is down nicely at 199.6 pounds (14 stone 3.6 pounds, 90.5kg). No London trip this week, and no nights out until Friday, so I should manage to exercise on a few more days, which might improve matters further….
