I’m sure I used to have a memory. But it seems to have wandered off somewhere. It’s probably having more fun than me. Anyway, managed not to record my weight this morning, so this is a “just before bedtime” figure of 208.2 pounds (14 stone 12.2 pounds, 94.4kg).
Well, after a week off, I managed to bully myself into an exercise session this evening. Pretty much the usual routine – 10km on the bike, 160 crunches and a Bullworker set, finishing off with some work with the weights. Worked a bit harder with the weights than usual. Maximum heart rate was 132, which is a bit low, but never mind.
