Ahhhhh, comedy. This is apparently a recording of a call to Argos[1]. The caller wants to sue Argos because someone threw a catalogue through his window, injuring his cat. I’m assuming it’s a prank call (or just faked). It’s a fine example of the art.[2]
[1] Note to furriners: Argos is a chain store which lists all its stock in a catalogue. You pick what you want to buy, fill in a form and take it to the desk where you pay, then collect your stuff from another desk. The catalogue is quite heavy…
[2] Further note to furriners: if you have trouble with the accent, there’s a transcript here. But that might expire after a while, so hurry!

Well, I had intended to do a couple more exercise bike sessions at the weekend, but my knees were grumbling a bit, so I rested a bit. But this evening, I decided to give it another go, and managed the full 10km. Not only that, but I kept a nearly constant speed going even during the bits where the resistance was rather high. All of which led to a peak heart rate of 156.
