Within a few hours of WordPress 2.0.6 being released, a problem came to light which affects RSS feeds and FeedBurner. In fixing one problem, the developers inadvertently caused another, which nobody spotted during the testing period[1].

I think we need a new “law,” like “Murphy’s Law.”
“Jaquith’s Law” — no matter how long software is available for testing, the odds overwhelmingly favor the discovery of bugs after it is released, especially within the first 24 hours.
