Well, it’s been a week since the last weight report, so here we go. Last week, my weight went up alarmingly for a few days before settling back down a bit to its current level. As major exercise still doesn’t seem like a good idea, I’m working on it from the other side: being more careful about what (and how much) I eat than I have been for a while. We’ll see how that goes.

This morning started off bright and sunny, so I managed to persuade myself to walk to work, which is better than I managed last week. It was a wee bit cold and windy, but not unpleasantly so. But by lunchtime, that weather we’d been promised turned up. As I walked up Grey Street, light rain turned to sleet and then to actual snow. It wasn’t a heavy fall, and none of it settled.

By the end of the day, it had stopped dropping anything, but I was tired enough to get the bus home.
