Weight:  210.4 pounds (15 stone 0.4 pounds, 95.4 kg)

Today’s weight is a “far too early” one, but despite that, it’s a wee bit lower.

I’m posting this from sunny[1] Manchester. Back to “normal” tomorrow, probably.
