Weight Report – 3 August 2009
OK, this is probably a temporary dip caused by excess walking in quite warm weather, but today’s weight measurement is *cue fanfare* the lowest of the year so far. I did get as low on one day in April, but as that was associated with a digestive disturbance, I don’t think it really counts.
It’ll probably go up again tomorrow, but not by too much, I hope.

Heads up, battern down the hatches and upgrade now.
WordPress 2.8.3 is a security release which all users are advised to install as soon as possible.
Berwick upon Tweed – the Walk
It’s been ages since I did one of these, but Berwick seemed like an ideal opportunity to do a fresh one. On this map you can see a trace of yesterday’s walk, which was aparrently around 3.5 miles. Not quitr as far as I might have guessed, but I did spend a fair amount of time stopping to enjoy and photograph the view. If you’d like the full zoomy map, you can find it here.
