Hmm, down just a teeny bit today, but as it’s the lowest my weight’s been for a while, that’s pretty good. When I got up this morning, it was raining heavily enough for me to be quite sure I wouldn’t be walking to work, but by the time I was ready to leave, it had dried up nicely, so I walked in for the second day in a row. And unlike yesterday, I remembered to stop the Garmin app when I got there, so I can preset the actual evidence:
