Aha! Down again today, good stuff. Now that September has started, the weather has improved, with lots of sunshine and quite pleasant temperatures. So much so that I walked to work:
That makes four working days in a row, which is good. Not satisfied with that, I went for a walk at lunchtime, taking my camera for a quite random walk around Newcastle:
I took a few reasonable pictures, including this one of Sean Henry’s Man with Potential Selves, which is one of my favourite pieces of public sculpture. There’s something about the texture of the work, and the expression on the man’s face that makes me want to keep on taking pictures of it from different angles and in different light. This one’s a more or less simple portrait.
