Today’s picture is of the Central Exchange Building on the junction of Grey Street and Market Street. It’s usually the beautifully tiled Central Arcade that runs through its ground floor that attracts my photographic eye, but seeing it covered in scaffolding and wrapped up caught my attention. The bottom section used to be a bank, but it’s now empty. No doubt some more tarting up and improving will be going on…
