Down a wee bit today, good stuff. As the Metro wasn’t playing nicely today, I decided to do my shopping at Sainsbury’s on the Team Valley. And as it was a nice morning, I decided to walk there, taking a meander through Saltwell Park on the way. The Garmin evidence below shows that the tree cover in the park must have thrown the GPS off, as it has me making highly unlikely high speed movements, and has added a random chunk of extra distance. Allowing for the park wander, I think the actual distance was closer to 2.5 miles.
Today’s picture is one of the interesting new buildings near St James’ Park. I like the pattern of the cladding – it gives it an almost abstract feel…
