Anyone obsessive enough to play with the Withings widget down the bottom of the page may see some strange readings. I think the scale didn’t like the bit of floor it was on for some reason, as it took a while to settle down and give me a sensible reading. Once I moved it to another bit of floor, it came up with a more believable result, which is the one I’m accepting for today.

I wasn’t sufficiently motivated to walk to work, and I didn’t have time for much of a walk at lunchtime either, mutter.
