Up a wee bit today, mutter. Not only did I not manage to walk to or from work, but I didn’t have time for a lunchtime walk either, which isn’t good. Mutter.

i walked for about 10ins from car par park to Cardiff Office, 3 hours later had to go back to car park to put more money in the machine as i was staying longer than planned. Then back to car park to return to Pencoed, left car at home and then walked to the office (12mins). then at end of day walked home. So not bad
