I’m back home from that fun-packed weekend in Leeds. We got done that which needed to be done, so it was a good trip, all told. The evening meal at Pizza Express and the lovely hotel breakfast didn’t hurt, either.

This plaque is part of a memorial to Lord Armstrong, to be found at the approach to the Great North Museum: Hancock. A nice representation of the Swing Bridge in action.
