I did vaguely notice a warning for snow in this area before I went to bed last night, but I didn’t take much notice, assuming it would be another light flurry which would promptly disappear. Seems I was a bit wrong[1]. When I woke up quite early this morning and looked out of the window, I saw that quite a lot of snow had fallen, and it didn’t look like stopping any time soon.
I got myself out to do the shopping, then decided not to go anywhere else this weekend. But I have taken a couple of pictures for the people who apparently like snow:
