Back down again today, good stuff.
I had my usual Saturday breakfast at Frankie & Benny’s. I’m obviously being spotted as a regular, as the waiter recognised me and knew I wanted espresso. I think that’s a Good Thing.
After that and the usual shopping, it was time for another trip out. This time I went to Hexham, a very old market town dominated by its quite magnificent Abbey. I had a good wander there, and committed various acts of photography before getting the train home.
