Well, that’s April over and done with, which of course means it’s time for this thingy.
There have been some downs and ups this month, though mostly up in the last few weeks
April 1: 218 pounds (15 stone 8 pounds, 98.9 kg)
April 30: 218.8 pounds (15 stone 8.8 pounds, 99.2 kg)
That’s a statistically insignificant rise of 0.8 pounds (0.4kg), but it’s about four pounds (1.8kg) more than my lowest weight of the month, oops.
Generally being quite good, especially at lunchtime. The less wine thing is currently on hold, which might account for the lack of weight loss in recent weeks. Oops.
I’ve managed a few walks, but not as many as I’d have liked.
This report brings the April total to 40, which is still on the low side.
Did I mention I got a new guitar? Well, I’m still working on that. More reports to follow, as time allows…
