I’ve started adding a few sets of dumbell exercises to the routine I mentioned recently.
Looks like I’m going for the muscular look. Never thought I’d do that. But then, I never thought I’d manage to lose this much weight, either.
Has my brain been reprogrammed? Can I keep this up much longer? Why is a raven like a writing desk? All these questions will probably remain unanswered.
