Workout, that is.
After a few weeks of low-level work, I felt like doing some more this evening.
So, I did sets of 20 of each exercise on the abominable abdominal exerciser, followed that with ten minutes on the rower (puff, pant, sweat, etc), a partial set on the Bullworker (left arm started to complain, so I stopped), then finished with the usual 10km on the exercise bike. I wonder if I can keep that up for long…
And this morning’s figure is a slight rise to 200.8 pounds (14 stone 4.8 pounds, 91.1kg). Quite acceptable:smile:
Getting better: this morning’s weight was a quite reasonable 200.2 pounds (14 stone 4.2 pounds, 90.8kg). Looks promising…..
After yesterday’s curry and wine related rise, I’m back down a bit at 201.8 pounds (14 stone 5.8 pounds, 91/5kg).
Well, I went out last night with my old friend Barry. We had a drink, then a rather nice meal at the Latif Indian restaurant in Newcastle. Poppadoms, onion bahjis, chicken jalfreizi with garlic rice. All very good, with excellent service. We also managed to glug two bottles of wine. So, it’s not altogether surprising that my weight was up to 202.6 pounds (14 stone 6.6 pounds, 91.9kg) this morning.
It’ll probably go down a bit in a couple of days…

Well, there it is. Another milestone passed, another target reached, another cliche typed.
This morning’s weight: 200 pounds exactly. That’s 14 stone 4 pounds or 90.9kg. That’s a really quite large 35 pounds lost in a little over 6 months. That’s 2½ stone lost. I’m quite impressed with me .
Up ever so slightly to 200.8 pounds (14 stone 4.8 pounds, 91.1kg) this morning. I put it down to having to get up too early to catch the train to Leeds, which is now twenty minutes earlier than it used to be, mutter, mutter.
Just trying a new app on my phone. It’s a little easier than using the web browser.
Well, it seems I might just have moved on from another weight plateau. This morning’s weight, while not quite as low as yesterday evening’s figure, was still down at 200.4 pounds (14 stone 4.4 pounds, 90.9kg). That’s equal to the low figure on 9 April, but this time it seems to be part of a more general trend rather than an odd glitch.
And another extra weight report: this evening’s “home from work” weight was another new low of 198.6 pounds (14 stone 2.6 pounds, 90.1kg).
 After the initial rapid weight loss, I’ve found it tends to come in bursts now. I’ll be more or less stable for a while, then I’ll get another period of weight loss. General trend is still downward
This morning’s weight was back down to 201.2 pounds (14 stone 5.2 pounds, 91.3 kg), which matches the lows of last week.
Well, that’s today’s official figure. But I have to mention that when I weighed myself after getting home from work, the figure was a new low:
199.6 pounds (14 stone 3.6 pounds, 90.5kg)
I don’t know if that’s just a random fluctuation, or a more permanent level. Either way, it’s quite nice. It’s just over 35 pounds (2½ stone) down from my starting weight, and ever so close to getting below 90kg.
