Well, I took a couple of weeks off the serious exercise programme, and I’m having to ease myself back into the routine.
Did a short workout on Saturday, and slightly longer ones on Sunday and Monday. Feeling a bit achy in places today, so I’m giving myself a rest night. Still walking to and from work, of course.
I should be able to do some more tomorrow night. I’ll probably take a week or so to build back up to doing the full programme again.
