Stepping up a notch[1]

OK. Tonight’s exercise action:

  • 15 minutes on the rower (up by 50% on yesterday)
  • A couple of short sets on the abominable abdominal exerciser[3]
  • A set on the dumbells – with a wee bit more weight on some of the exercises
  • The usual 10km on the exercise bike

Aim to do much the same for the rest of this week, and add a bit more next week.

[3] Need to get back into that. I need some abs to go with the more muscular bits I’m getting elsewhere
