Having had a few days off while I had the ickier stages of the cold (sniffle, blow, stream, eww, etc), I decided to make a small start on getting back into the exercise routine.
So, no rower, Bullworker, but a reasonable workout with the dumbells and the usual 10km on the exercise bike. Though that was split into three bits as my brother phoned me twice.
 And especially no abominable abdominal exerciser
