Down, down!!!

Getting better: this morning’s weight was a quite reasonable 200.2 pounds (14 stone 4.2 pounds, 90.8kg). Looks promising…..

    Hmmm. Managed to get back into doing some exercise tonight, too. Quick dumbell set and the usual 10km on the bike.

    Might just get back on the rower tomorrow….
