Well, I was feeling a bit tired, so I wasn’t up to the full workout, but (having missed a couple of nights), I really wanted to do something.
So, I did three sets (rather than the usual two) of the basic dumbell exercises, and increased the weight a bit. Definitely felt the effect on the last set of each of those. Followed that with the usual 10km on the exercise bike, which was just fine…..
