I’ve got the ache

Well, I worked a wee bit harder last night. Same old stuff with the abominable abdominal exerciser, the rower, the Bullworker and the exercise bike, but I pushed it a bit with the dumbells. More weight, going for a few more reps, that kind of thing.

This morning, I can tell I did all that……

Ouch :eek:

This should mean that my muscles have noticed that they need to develop a bit….
