Decided to change my rowing routine a bit. Up till now, I’ve been doing sets of five minutes – sometimes just two or three, but mostly four. Tonight, I went for sets of seven minutes. More of an effort to complete each one, but not that much, so I think it’s time to increase the tension again.
If that’s OK, the next step is to build up the lenght of each set. Can I do ten minutes non-stop? Hmmmmmmmmm
