What with all the travel to London and a wee bit more social activity than used to be the case, my exercise programme has been suffering lately. It’s been harder to make myself do the work, which is not so good. I’m told by people who know about these things that an occasional break can be a Good Thing, but I’ve been breaking more than doing lately.
What’s worse is that because of all the rain we’ve been having lately, I haven’t even been walking to work as much – I’ve had to catch the bus on more occasions in the last couple of weeks than in the last six months, which is quite ridickerous.
Once I manage to start exercsing, I have no trouble going through the whole routine, but actually getting started is the problem at the moment. Managed three days last week, and also last night. I’m planning to do some more tonight, but then I won’t have a chance until Thursday, unless I’m still tired from the London trip.
 I seem to be in the understatement mood again
 Monday: early night becasue I’m catching the early train to London, then I’ll be in London on Tuesday and won’t get home till late evening on Wednesday.
