Pant, sweat, pant, sweat

Wooooooooooooooooooo!!! Managed the full workout again. That’s four nights running, for the first time in months. Worked pretty hard, too – heart rate was higher than I’ve seen in quite a while (peaking at just over 140 while rowing, which is high for me). The last few km on the exercise bike were seriously difficult, but I stuck it out.

I’m quite impressed with myself, really. :cheesy:
