Having had a go on the exercise bike last night, I moved on a bit tonight. Still not the complete workout, but a lot more than I’ve done for nearly a month. Did ten minutes on the rower, the full torture session with the abominable abdominal exerciser, a single set on the Bullworker, and finally the usual 10km on the exercise bike again.
It helps having some DVDs piled up that I really want to watch….
 Start building that back up to the full twenty minutes over the next week or so.
 Or maybe more?
