Ok, this is a last thing in the evening figure, after eating and all that kind of thing, but it’s still way too high, dammit. Today’s weight is a rather nasty 205.4 pounds (14 stone 9.4 pounds, 93.2kg) – I haven’t weighed that much since May!
Still, maybe tonight’s exercise will be the start of a new phase…
Woooooooooo. Managed to do a pretty good workout tonight:
- 120 crunch thingies on the abominable abdominal exerciser
- 15 minutes on the rower
- 2 sets on the Bullworker
- 10km on the exercise bike
Left the heart rate monitor running throughout. Funny thing is even though I was working quite hard, panting, sweating, and all that, my heart rate never went above 135.
It’s a funny thing altogether, really. Once I get started, I actually enjoy my exercise routine. I just have this problem with getting started….
