Now if I can keep that up…

Woooooooooo. Managed to do a pretty good workout tonight:

  • 120 crunch thingies on the abominable abdominal exerciser
  • 15 minutes on the rower[1]
  • 2 sets on the Bullworker
  • 10km on the exercise bike

Left the heart rate monitor running throughout. Funny thing is even though I was working quite hard, panting, sweating, and all that, my heart rate never went above 135. :???:

It’s a funny thing altogether, really. Once I get started, I actually enjoy my exercise routine. I just have this problem with getting started….
