A slight improvement on the weight front: 205.4 pounds (14 stone 9.4 pounds, 93.2kg).

And I did another good work outr session tonight – the same routine as last night. It’s still not quite as much as I was doing back in the summer, but I think I might have been overdoing it a bit then, which may be what led to me stopping for so long. This level of work seems more sustainable and takes from 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how long I need to pause between sections.

Got my heart rate up to 144 this time. I’m sure it can get higher than that (apparently my theoretical maximum is around 178).
