Well, this morning’s shiny new year weight was 207.0 pounds (14 stone 11 pounds, 93.9kg). Still a little high, but not to an extent that worries me…
I decided it was time to end my Christmas exercise break, and make fresh start for the new year. So I did the usual 10km on the bike, 160 crunches, a Bullworker set and a wee bit more than usual with the dumbells. Didn’t have quite enough energy for a rowing machine session, so I stopped there.
My general target is to do something similar three or four days a week, with occasional rest periods. And to get back into using the rower soon!
