Moving right along…

This morning’s weight was a teeny weeny bit down at 206.8 pounds (14 stone 10.8 pounds, 93.8kg). Still somewhat higher than I’d like it to be.

But things should start to improve soon. Tonight, I reintroduced the rowing machine into my exercise routine. Ten minutes on that got my heart rate up to 143, which is about 80% of my theoretical[1] maximum, which is pretty good. Followed up with the usual crunches, Bullworker, dumbbells and exercise bike stuff. Now that was hard work!

[1] It’s a general vague theoretical figure of 220 minus my age. Not a real maximum or anything…
