That’s not so good…

Hmmmmmm. Slightly heavier this morning at 207.4 pounds (14 stone 11.4 pounds, 94.1kg). Still a pound less than this time last week, though.

Did my fourth successive night of exercise. Much the same as yesterday, but I managed 15 minutes on the rower, which is good. Should get that back up to 20 minutes fairly soon.

This was one of those sessions where no matter how hard I worked, my heart rate didn’t rise all that much – the peak was 138.

Having done four days, I should now be taking at least two nights off, so as not to overdo it, which is where I think I went wrong last year.
