Pant, sweat, gasp, thud

Hmmmmm, this morning’s weight was down a teeny bit at 206.8 pounds (14 stone 10.8 pounds, 93.8kg). Not bad after a weekend which might have involved a wee drop of wine. :smile:

Even though I’m off to London early tomorrow, I persuaded myself to do some exercise this evening. It was much the same set as last night – 10km on the exercise bike, a Bullworker set and the usual eeeooow crunches on the abominable abdominal exerciser.

I put a bit more effort into the bike bit, and according to the data from my watch, my heart rate peaked at 150, which is quite high for me.

No chance for any exercise until Thursday at the earliest, other than a litttle walk or two.
