Just a minor change on the weight front this morning: 205.0 pounds (14 stone 9 pounds, 93.0kg). Not a bad figure, and a nice roundish one
I’m being consistent with the exercise programme, too. Started the week with the usual full routine. Tonight’s peak heart rate was 157, which is pretty high. Still doing 15 minutes on the rower – I might try a wee bit more tomorrow.
