This morning’s weight was up a wee bit at 204.2 pounds (14 stone 8.2 pounds, 92.6kg), but that’s well withing the bounds of normal daily fluctuation, so I’m not at all worried about it.
This evening’s exercise routine was more of the same, except on the rower. Rather than doing three sets of five minutes and a bit extra, I did three sets of six minutes. You wouldn’t think an extra minute would take so much effort, but it did . But despite all the effort, my peak heart rate was a relatively low 146.
