More pant, more sweat

Just a minor variation on the old weight this morning – 203.6 pounds (14 stone 7.6 pounds, 92.4kg), which isn’t so bad.

Managed another full workout session this evening, which was also pretty good, even if my maximum heart rate was a “mere” 142. That’s my three workouts (plus that long walk on Monday) done for this week, so I can have the next two nights off before starting again on Sunday. :shock:
