Well, as I thought, this morning’s weight was up somewhat at 205.4 pounds (14 stone 9.4 pounds, 93.2kg).
On a lighter note, I did manage to motivate myself to get into the exercise routine this evening. Having had a week off, I wasn’t sure if I’d manage to do the lot, but I did :smile:. The 21 minutes on the rower were pretty hard work, and got me a wee bit warm. Maximum heart rate was a quite high 157.
