Good stuff

This morning’s weight was a wee bit down at 204.8 pounds (14 stone 8.8 pounds, 92.9kg).

Once again managed the full exercise routine, with my heart rate peaking at 155, windows nicely steamed up and a wee bit[1] of sweating. Taking tomorrow night off, and there’s just one more session required this week.
