Weight slightly down again this morning to 203.6 pounds (14 stone 7.6 pounds, 92.4kg), which is a moderately Good Thing.
The good news is that after weeks of lethargy, I managed to get myself on the old exercise bike again tonight . I managed the usual 10km in a little under 20 minutes, with a peak heart rate of 138. After just over a month of being mostly inactive, it was hard work, but not too hard.
Now I’m going to try to do the same for as many nights this week as I can. And if that works, I’ll start phasing in the other exercises again.
