There was a small rise in my weight this morning – 202.0 pounds (14 stone 6 pounds, 91.6kg). That’s well within normal daily fluctuation levels, so it’s good enough. And it remains below the 14½ stone level, so I’m quite happy with it.
And for the fifth evening in a row, I did 10km on the exercise bike. And this time, I worked that wee bit harder, and got my heart rate up to 141, which is the highest for quite a while. All good stuff
