…but I seem to be making some progress. This morning’s weight was down to 198.0 pounds (14 stone 2 pounds, 89.8kg). That’s equal to the lowest weight I recorded last year, which is good going. It’s also about 10 pounds less than I weighed at the beginning of this year.
I must have been inspired by that, or something, because I got on the exercise bike for the usual 10km, which got my heart rate up to a quite serious 151.
It’s been a warm sunny day, so the walk to and from work was very pleasant.
