Hmm, that’s better

This morning’s weight was unexpectedly down at 199.4 pounds (14 stone 3.4 pounds, 90.4kg). Now if I could just get enough energy[1] to do some exercise this week[2], that might improve some more.

[1] Talking of which, I had a power cut this evening
[2] Slightly overdid it last week on the rower, I think. My knees complained for several days
