Where did my motivation go?

I think it must have got up and gone to where my get up and go got.[1] I haven’t managed any exercise this week, and it looks like I won’t get any done before the weekend, mutter.

But despite that, my weight is holding more or less steady at 199.6 pounds (14 stone 3.6 pounds, 90.5kg).

The only reason I can think for the weight change is that I’ve been eating more fruit lately. Fruit is good. :grin:
