Humph. I really had planned to do some exercise this evening. But once again the purple bird of motivation deserted me. Actually, I was doing some free technical support over MSN Messenger and got sidetracked.
Anyway, this morning’s weight was up a wee bit to 198.8 pounds (14 stone 2.8 pounds, 90.2kg).
I’m going to try to motivate myself to exercise tomorrow. No, really.
