Making a start (again)

Well, this morning’s weight was back up again to 200.4 pounds (14 stone 4.4 pounds, 90.9kg), which was enough to persuade me to do a wee bit of exercise this evening. Not wanting to overdo it, I took things relatively slowly. But I did do the usual 10km on the exercise bike, 180 crunch thingies, lifted some weights and did some Bullworker stuff too. All that got my heart rate up to a quite low 120.

Now I need to do something similar another two or three times in the next week…
