Starting the week a bit late

More observant readers will notice that this post is a bit late. As I mentioned tomorrow[1] , my webhost had a slight technical problem, along with most of Los Angeles, which meant that Losing it[1] was slightly inacessible for a while. But everything’s working now, so it’s time to catch up a bit.

Monday’s weight was down a wee bit to 200.0 pounds (14 stone 4 pounds, 90.7kg). A slight reduction is always nice, and it helped get the week off to a reasonable start. I managed the full workout session again, and must have worked a bit harder than I did on Sunday, because my peak heart rate was a rather higher 151.
