This morning’s weight was up a wee bit to 199.2 pounds (14 stone 3.2 pounds, 90.4kg), mutter. Seriously, though, that’s an acceptable daily variation.
No serious exercise tonight – after three nights on, I need at least one day’s rest (my legs did complain a bit today as a result of last night’s rowing). And I did have some heavy books in my backpack on the way home, so that was a bit more work than normal!
